Directions

Adults take 2 capsules before or after meals. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Take only as directed. Not for ongoing daily use.

If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. Take at least two hours before of after taking medications or other dietary supplements as activated charcoal can affect their absorption. This product may cause dark stool, which is not harmful.
